About us

The Ronin Difference
W
e know that the most important component in a fitness program is exercise selection. We only select exercise that yeild high in NeuroEndocrine effect, Bio-mechanical effeciency, and safety. Which will boost your metabolism, increase your lean mass, and provide the engergy you need.

Our engine is operated by 3 types of training
Cardio-Vascular: Running, agility, and jumping.
Weightlifting: kettlebells, battling ropes, and medicine balls
Gymnastics: push-ups, squats, pull-ups, and sit-ups.

Each class has a 6 person limit.

$250 1st month (which includes a pair of Kettlebells and t-shirt.)

How much is the bootcamp?

1st month is $450 which includes a pair of Kettlebells and t-shirt. $250 for the following months.

Is this class right for me?
This class is designed for an individual who fairly active and would like to be brought to their next level in fitness. You should be able to run, squat, and push or will could be protentially be injured.

What do I do?
We can help you prepare with a private lessons.

Are we training in the rain?
Yes, rain or shine!

How long are the classes?
The class is a 4 weeks long and 1 hour per class.
